A Road

A road to nowhere,
or is it a road to somewhere?
I don't know,
I'm just a traveler,
walking across the area.
I don't know where I am,
It's just another place along the journey.
I feel like Robert Frost standing here,
deciding if I should go down the road.
I don't know if it's been traveled much,
but I think I'll continue anyways,
who knows what may come up.
So, as I continue on
I remember all I left behind,
and think about all that lies ahead.

don't forget to take in the view while walking that road
i was never driven by ambition... always kind of moseyed along. this is how your poem feels... as if one is taking their time
