Sleeping in innocent's hammock
winds of naiveté swaying with illusion's breath
feet never touching any earthen core clarity
mortal membrane numb to its vulnerabilities
lives in winged myths without knowing nymph urgencies.
Inside slowly collapses from intuition's decay,
emotive gravity brings its power over the feigned serenity,
soles of soul seed with desire's rose
fiery crimson petals quickly bloom in the virginity
appetite inflames from the lost of ignorance,
mythic taboo lusted in silence
brings its ravenous bouquet.
It flowers in the fingers
raging in appetite to cherish what was never tasted,
inhaling the scent with addictive nostrils,
dawn only rising over the outline of the garden
never before visited.
Obsessive torrid trauma rips at the sensory Eden
heart stripped of its new reality,
haunting in ardor's visions
ache rings in one's exposed hollows of need,
longing becomes a crusade
lasting a lifetime.
