I remember when we were together
having so much fun
playing in day or night
out under the sun

when our mother died
we said we'd miss her
then you were gone
so fast without warning
not knowing what to do
do nothing but mourning
our sisters were sad
you were gentle as a dove
you were my little brother

Wow, how sad to lose two people in your family that you are really close to.
I think this is a lovely tribute to both of them. I can't imagine how many emotions you must have and still feel over this. I hope writing is helpful to you in the healing process, if this is indeed a personal write.
