They said true love was real
She never knew it until now
until he came along
She never knew how it would feel
She thought it would be magic
She thought he loved her
She thought he was true
She never thought it would happen to her
Until it did
She didnt belive it
They told her it was true
She confronted him
He denys it
She thinks this cant be happening
But it is
She want to belive him
But she knows she cant
So she leaves him
Before he can hurt her any more

interesting how everyone thinks "true love" is something static... when it's different for everyone and no one really has the same idea of it why use those words... Sorry, I'm rambling... It's a nice poem, glad you knew when to leave a negative relationship, hope your healing is easy for you...

I like it. All love ends in agony even if it is because of death. but no matter how much we try we will never beable to brase ourselves for it but there is one thing you will have forever thats me you pinky swore.
