A young girl, that's what I was
Ignorant of suffering
Ignorant of pain
A young girl- that was naive
Sixteen
One quick fumble was all it took
Two months later- no period
Two blue lines, I didn't want to look
I broke down in a sea of tears
I couldn't care for a baby
I was to young
To full of fears
A battle commenced inside my head
Two paths
Each equally painful
I cursed myself for the party lifestyle I led
I knew the choice I had to make
My whole life ahead of me
School, college and travelling
I then knew the path I had to take
Going into that cold hospital room
Detatchment I felt
Discomfort I dealt,
But I knew this day would forever loom
I never forgot
What would they have been like?
My little tyke
They'll be forever in my thoughts
A young girl, that's what I was
Ignorant of suffering
Ignorant of pain
A young girl- that was naive

My favorite stanza is the second. It is a good stanza technically with a good beat and rhyme.
In section three both 'to's should read 'too.'
And that is enough for the technical commentary- but the message of the poem is very heartfelt and well-put, the combination of feelings surrounding the speaker's choice.
