    Can visualize this taking place, listening to the rain on the roof, feeling the heat from the fire and just enjoyed the evening. Very visual.

    Excellent haiku....

    One of the things that I find the most appealing about haiku are the captured moments that evolve from written snapshots. I like how this appeals so well to my sense of hearing, smell, touch, and sight. Knight70
