Oh! on what scale can this bond truly be measured?
Your love is a gift, above all, the most treasured...
And with this my attempt of love codified,
a smattering of words by inspiration provide.
Yet no grace of tongue, nor deftness of prose
Can ever convey what my heart truly shows,
And so while this poem may yet fall short,
You dwell within my every breath, speech or thought...
