Captivating in my eclipse

of which I can Love you in peace

while rare gold moments

and alluring sounds of greatness

imprison my thoughts

when I hear your voice

as I lay in a blanket of phenomenaul passions

next to a crackling winter fire

cozy and yet you remain

of Elegance...my Winter Butterfly

astounding

as all of my strength

hybernates within your warm embrace

    I found this poem to be sensual and very beautiful at the same time. this is an amazing poem.

    Ok, honestly sis I don't agree with the use of 'butterfly' in the title here as I see no connection within this magnificent piece. Otherwise, a job well done as usual. I expect nothing less from you. Then again, I'm tired and so I could be missing something of obvious importance.

      ok, WinterButterflies are used in weddings, they are white and has a silhouette on their wings of a woman...they are rare creatures that have a passion to fly and land on your shoulder...the reason I used this in my title if of the significance of Romance and loving...just a lil sumthin odd...u know me

    Amazing!

    I really, really, really like this poem! I very much admire your vision of it, meaning how u have the background of wintertime, the black & white picture above the poem, the format of the poem, and of course the poem itself. What really intrigued me about this piece was the title and the image I get when reading the poem! The only flaw with this piece of art is the length, I think the longer your poem would've been the better and the more I would've like it. However, if I had to rate this poem on a scale of 1 to 5, it would get a record-breakin' 4.8 out of 5! Simply mezmerizing poetry! Outstanding!!!

    Beautiful write, Sis. I love the title. Despite the cold weather, winter can be a nice season especially to spend time with a loved one and the butterfly made me think of the feelings people can experience when around their special someone, too. Keep up the great work.
