This is how I remember you
My baby, my own, my little Alli
Chuckling and laughing
And taking walks with daddy and the dog.
This is how I remember you
My child, my daughter, my darling Alec
Eating candy and dancing
And going to birthday parties with your friends.
This is how I remember you
My teenager, my sullen brat, my slightly older Alex
Out drinking and making out
And our little fights, and how we always forgave each other.
This is how I remember you
My beauty, my newly employed young lady, my lovely Alexandra
Going to work with that smile on your face
And the World Trade centre as it crashed down on you.

Congrats on the silver trophy. I thought this was an amazing piece. It wasn't written in a style I generally care for but this just had such a powerful message I couldn't help but be drawn in. Well done love.
