Oh Deer--I hope you see this
I've posted it in the woods,
Ever since our brief encounter
My life's not been so good!
You seemed attracted to me
To get together, you couldn't wait,
You sure left a First Impression--
And it's one that my wife hates!
For I was driving at the time
And hugged you with her car,
But that, I didn't mean to do
I wish we'd stayed apart!
Now my wife won't hardly speak
Unless to speak of "Us,"
As if We were an "Item"
'Bout which she likes to fuss.
She's quick to remind me
"You've done this all before!"
And she has caught me red handed--
I'm blamed again, o'er and o'er!
I'm sure she will get over it
Once her car fixed, has been,
But would you please do me a favor?
And ne'er get close to me again!
