What is life without a passion?
What is fire without a flame?
burning softly within each soul
with each battle you overcame
Who is whispering in your ear?
What do you take to your grave?
Have you lost your desires?
Who has bound you a slave?
If your life amounts to nothing?
Have you a debt you cannot pay?
life is short and you're soon out of time
Are you more complex than some cliche?
Why are you waiting?
Why are you doing what they say?
know what you need and find what you want
and things will get better each day

Great
"í started it so i finished it. and it sucks. whatever." oh come on! None of that, I'm tempted to DQ you for that comment alone! But luckily for you I owe Karma so you can help me with that.
In seriousness now, it may not be amazingly written (please don't hate me for being so blunt there I just can't think of a tactful way of saying it, tact isn't my strong point) but the message is well sent, the way you worded it more than makes up for any faults it has, definitely up there with the best of what I've had so far. Well done, and good luck.

thanks for your bluntness. sugar-coated reproach is useless.

I liked it, don't trash it yet. unless you really really want to. The first stanza was my favorite, it set a good tone for the rest of the poem...err, if that's how you'd say it.
