I know I'm safe
When I feel in peace
When someone holds me
Letting me know they won't leave
Letting me know they will defend
They'll fight anything harmful
And protect me from All
Safe is when I can trust
When I know they won't Betray
When I can call them "friend"
When I lay there at night
And I know I'm being watched over
And I know you're there with me
Knowing you will never leave
That's when I feel Safe
When I am at peace.

Lovely interpretation but I feel it would've been better to describe what peace was to you, to more understand what safe meant to you. But a nicely penned entry. Very intriguing.
