There once was a poet called Spike
Crazy man I happen to like
Was a wonderful ‘goon’
Who passed much too soon.
He peddled away on his bike.

    Thanks for your entry on the Great Goon himself. Spike's work was sometimes quirky to say the least but when he was on form his writings, especially his poetry had some really deep insights that should be remembered as much as his madcap stuff.

    I echo your sentiments about the well known typing error Spik Miligna. His madness harmed no-one but himself and has enriched so many of us. Thank you for this nice tribute piece.
