Sonar
I see you always
And yet I cannot fully see you,
The color of your hair,
The beauty of your body,
The hands that caress my soul,
Your milky white skin,
The joy in who you are-
The man I desire to be for you.
I cannot touch you,
You beautiful lips,
The sensual touch sliding around my waist,
The first clasping of hands,
The warm embrace in the cold night’s air.
The understanding of you,
Knowing your complete thoughts
The knowledge you possess is so unique,
You can save my world with just one word,
You save others with the passion of your enlightened smile.
I can feel you,
You delightfully haunt my dream,
I look around every corner,
Looking for your smiling face,
I feel the first embrace daily.
I can smell you,
The soothing scent of your precious body,
The smell of your scent pushing into my mind,
You invade my willing soul,
The pure scent of you,
The woman of my dreams.
I can hear you,
Loud, as if I can only hear you,
Your voice touches my soul,
You are my willingness of life,
I hear your thoughts,
I understand your actions,
Because I hear everything,
For our love is special,
It is unique,
I have given everything to you freely
As you continually perfect it.
For we are sonar,
I need not see you daily to know my beloved is with me,
The soothing echo in my mind,
The passion envelopes my soul,
As your heart beats across the country,
I hear only the beating,
The beating that is for me.
I feel you kissing me from a thousand miles away,
I sleep with you while across this vast land,
I can understand your life is in mine,
Because you reverberate your feelings throughout my tones
Tones that reach only my ear,
Tones that come into my heart,
I feel you stretch out every morning in bed,
I feel when you are tired,
I feel when you are frustrated,
I feel and understand everything,
Not because you say it,
But it is the unknown thoughts we share-
The true love of my beloved.
As the waves of love spread across this land,
The sonar deepens,
It is clear and true,
As your love is shown clearer to me.
The waves of love have crashed upon me,
As this unknown love comes upon me,
It is inside of me,
Only for you to touch,
Only for you to feel,
As I deepen my heart’s love for you,
Engulf me again,
As a seagull flies to dry land,
I come to you,
On the waves of love that only we understand,
Our passion beloved….
