Sculpting the trees in pearly white
Creating a symphony with nary a sound
A silent Sonata of pure delight

Fitting the earth like a glove to a hand

Soft sad and sweet
Your heart is open and tenderly sweet and pure my lovely friend you are all woman, and all that a man seeks in a woman; you look at life and you see, only the beauty that surrounds you; my ways have become dark; you help me to breathe again: re-ignite the spark of lost innocence...oh to be a child again...someday I shall be...

Thank you John! It is true...I'm the eternal optimist and I see the good in most everything! As for you dear soul, it takes the smallest amount of light to overcome the dark you know...you can be what you want John. You will never become happy-you can only be happy.
I'll send you a message about that.

great
you make snow sound so white and pure
to me snow always turns dirty muddy
must be point of view.
-
-
lol! Of course you are quite right...the snow does turn muddy and brown. But when it is fresh and newly fallen it is magnificantly beautiful! That's the only time I like it! ***Pam***

Hmmmm...very nice. Great imagery here. I can really appreciate the scene you let 'play out'. I sounded 'quietly delightful'. I liked the 'cascading' effect...good touch there.

You are so right.
You are so right in your description of snow and the way that you did this piece is lovely. I liked this little piece of beauty this morning.

Thank you CountryCousin! A fresh snow fall is a beauty to behold. But I must confess to being quite happy that summer is here! ***Pam***

-
for as the softness covers the land and the sweet white does take the upper hand...the coolness of the snow astounds and the beautiful symphony makes nary a sound...sighs...just breath taking! Niaish for sharing with me

My favourite line is the last line. Very original alalogy. I like these poems which have a visual creativity to compliment the content. I've seen a few lately and am inspired to fashion one myself now.
