Starch the wefts and wafts
of wilted picture windows,
as slow motion daylight
waltzes ‘cross a jealous sky.
Shadows die from lightless hunger,
stirring ether with echoed cries.
Layered petals compress the land,
silence starts in shimmering confusion,
as tainted taste of soured syllables
fade into remnants of forgotten threads.
Evolution slows her heart; in silken
dreams she chokes and screams
at façade so crudely wrought,
held safe with pins, forbidden sins,
mixed without a thought.
Bobbin breaks and pattern unwinds
into a pool of congealed retorts,
left to ponder predicaments of
becoming eternities stuffing;
inside of nothing.

This is excellent indeed, alliteration is rich amid such thought-provoking description and imagery. Well done.
