Scattered scars within gales of sorrow
Irritate blistered skin of longing
Hidden are tomorrow's desires
Covered over by harsh snow
To blind these eyes of all truth
I peel stabs off existence
Hoping to feel something different
Dormant taste rejects fairer emotions
Which once subverted fate's intentions
To place me under misery's moon
Unwilling conversions forced upon me
By the suffocation of my life

Such a very sad, and descriptive piece of sorrow. Very well spoken, with an excellent use of imagery; that is just your style. Nicely done! Thank you so much for your entry & Best wishes in the contest!

i like the offset language, it fits in such a crooked way (thats not a bad thing either) that it makes more sense...
