I wont surrender

A timeless killing pain
hard, tough, strong and cold
itīs driving me insane
but life is hard, I've been told

I know what this feeling is all about
It's hidden and hard to detect
but it turns my heart inside and out
and causes years of negative effect

but I wont surrender, I will fight
I wont stop even when others might
I use to run and repress but now I stay
I wont be satisfied, taking the easiest way

Time to stand up, time to move on
I will not be bitter or lose faith
cause I never lost, I've always won
so I have to proceed before it's to late

I will follow my heart
I have to move fast
so I don't fall apart
and get stuck in the past

I will strive for my goal
no more being naive
I will find harmony in my soul
and I wont run or leave

no, I wont surrender, I will fight
I wont stop even when others might

I wont be satisfied taking the easiest way
