I was Hurting
I was in Pain
I was used
To being ignored
To being teased
I ignored the Pain
I ignored the Hurt
Until one day
I couldn't understand
Why they did it
It couldn't have been me
No one could do enough
To cause them to give out
That much Hurt
And when I finally saw
It wasn't me at all
And to my surprise
From my eyes
Came all the Hurt and Pain
"Learn to cry like a baby
Then the Hurting won't come back."

Weeping can certainly be cathartic. Those who cannot cry have killed some part of themselves. Much truth here.
