After cummings And Going.

Here's to the great e.e.cummings
who answered his muses weird summons,
sharing words folks would glance through,
each assured his pen danced to,
the beat of quite different drummings.

The second line of your limerick sums up cummings well - he was different, interesting, difficult to understand at times and Unique! Vive la Différence! Von

I love the sly reference to Cummings eccentric style in your final line
the beat of quite different drummings.
he certainly did dance to a different drummer when compared to so many of his contemporaries.
    Well done
