I want that sweet, gentle loving man.
I want you to snuggle up behind me
arms wrapped around my waist
nuzzling your face in the back of my neck,
telling me how sweet my hair smells.
How good my skin tastes upon your lips
as you softly kiss my bare shoulders.
Whisper in my ear how much you love me,
how much you need me. That I complete you.
Tell me what I already know...that nothing
has ever felt as right as this one moment
holding me in your arms.
I want you to say you will never let me go.
I want to know you think I am beautiful,
that no one else on Earth could ever make me
feel the way I do when I am with you.
To know that you lay awake at night
watching me sleep and think that I am
your angel sent from above.
That I can feel safe in your arms and you
will protect me.
That you will be by my side always and
want to hold me even when we are mad
at each other because you could never imagine
your life without me again.
I want to hear that you will love me
forever and always no matter what,
even though you know forever makes me cry.
And I want you to know that I
will always love you with every beat of
my heart, with every breath I take,
with every blink of my eye.
You...are...my...everything.
