Sight

It watches
It sees
It knows

Always following its enemies,
Stalking them from shadows within shadows.
Playing chess with crimson kings;
The pawns are the last to go.
They struggle without their kings.

It watches, it knows, it sees.
Always and forevermore

*laughs* I just don't have anything funny to say this week.

    my dear sir, this is an interesting poem...much analysis could be made of the diction...the nonspecific pronoun leave the subject somewhat up to the readers interpretation and influence of experience, an inventive tactic. i've always known you were a bright one. i hope life has been treating you kindly.
