Sending my thoughts out into the world,
My actions along with,
Ideas and words and interactions.
Forget about the price to be paid-
The world's forgiving,
Is it not?
But now I've got my thoughts sent back,
My actions along with,
Ideas and words and interactions,
All stamped 'postage due'.
Author notes
Okay, postage due made me think of karma, which made me think of the Wiccan Rede, which basically is karma. Regardless, enjoy.

this makes a lot of sense to me, it is ironic that we start off in life thinking the world is a forgiving place, we discover how quickly people will hold their hands out wanting more than you have to pay, wanting more than you want to give. postage due is a lot of folks motto i think, your title works really well with the poem, and i appreciate your entry here.
