I paused for a second before I lied to you, I find it hard, I really do. Reeling from this feeling I should nail myself to the ceiling for thinking the thoughts I do, but can I really be blamed when it's someone like you? I think not, I think it would be unkind, to begrudge the frail of mind, to hurt the blind. So please, let me just be, this feeling will subside, maybe one day I wont have to hide; or maybe I'll just wish I lied.

Goodness
This really hits the nail on the head. Exactly what I was looking for! I love the structure, I love the line: "begrudge the frail of mind, to hurt the blind". Really great. You're the first finalist! Congrats, good luck and I'll keep you posted!
