Love the serenity in this photo and the words, although in real life, this would be the point where I would start running. Do you use a zoom or should I call you Grizzly Adams from now on?

Awesome picture and write also~ I watch a lot of Discovery Channel hoping to make a discovery
~ I have a tremendous amount of respect for bears and there are those people who see them as cute cuddly creatures and forget the awesome power they possess~ Especially the wild bears~ Try to feed them from their car or think they can stroll along and pet them~Not happening~ This is a great photo and that is how close I will get to one~ Great to look at and admire~They have earned my respect~ Thank you for sharing my friend~ Big hugs

of the year. Definitely an ambiguous smile going on there. I'd have kept my distance too. Lovely poem that complements the picture. I like these photokus: looking forward to more. -
Bears are graceful creatures...
yet are they powerful and fearsome! I like this particular work of yours. Of course it is instinct that drives all mothers to guard their progeny, be it a bear cub or a human baby. This has sentimental value to it...and pretty picture by the way.

Bears they're so cute and fury and if you step the wrong way those cute little animals can rip you to shreds. The idiot who lives with them is the idiot who dies with them. literal or not, but, I digress I am off topic.
Just reminded me of the guy and his girlfriend who were killed by two bears because they were idiots - not the bears.
Anyways, a nice piece that you have written here.
