We are Made of Words
Every ream of paper lost
Between the typos of our thoughts
Every telegraph message
Across, behind the teacher’s desk
We look, we think, we breathe and yet
We are only two dimensions
Lost in a thesaurus, do find
The true meaning our life does hide
We are made of words.
Every typewriter’s blackened streams
Of jibberish, void of all meaning
Here’s our voice, and if you need
Please pull out your dictionary
Kisses of ink do mark our place
This world, our sanctuary’s grace
Reaching for the world beyond
For something deeper we do long
We are made of words.

We truly are made of words. We process words every day; form them and build them. I've always believed that every person out there is capable of writing if they want, but they're afraid their words aren't enough. But we all are filled with words we're scared to show.
I like the idea of this poem, and how you built it. I like how you took different things about the world of words to create this big message to all out there. Words are a strong weapon and should be used with caution. But still, everyone should have the courage to speak out their mind. I like people who do.
This is a very good piece; thanks for sharing it with us!
