Halloween

On this night of Halloween,
What comes still remains to be seen,
Witching hour comes and goes,
Whilst leaving us deep in the throes,

Of supernatural goings on,
Something's there but now it's gone,
Will you fall prey to trick or treat?
Or perhaps a ghost in time you'll meet,

The dead crawl out from their tomb,
Closing in to seal your doom,
Vampires go in search of blood,
Could they be in your neighbourhood?

Though once a year, this day remains,
The spookiest, and still it deigns,
To rise each year, will you receive,
A trick or a treat on All Hallow's Eve?

This is very cute. Its funny how so many tend to put the witching hour in to the halloween poems I guess it's a natural. I like this alot
