on all
Hallows eve
with orange glow
she flickers
inside
a gap-tooth smile,
jack-o-lantern style.

I can see how you won the trophy - so short, so wickedly sweet.
Practically quote worthy, and all that jazz.

LOL...well as I am Wiccan/Pagan this caught my eye. Cute. To me this is New Year, it is Samhain, a time to honor our ancestors, remember the dead, and celebrate the calm of winters coming, and end of harvest. Wonderful short poem appropriate for the season. I applaud you!
Blessed be,
Billie Jean
