This is so true...and I love the picture at the top. And the way its set out. They both add to the poem. Having a good old cry does help a lot sometimes. I don't understand people who see it as a sign of weakness...especially in men. I think it's a sign of strength for showing who you really are and what you really feel. how very true. I think sometimes that if I were to just let loose sometimes, I might feel better. But I haven't done so in years and sometimes think I may have forgotten how.

So true... when you show a tear it's not always because of being sad. Sometimes it's because you are touched or even because of happiness. Very well done.
