Is there a test to judge a man's heart?

I read your quote for the contest, and heard the Wise
words of my old grandfather long long ago...like he was
speaking to me.
It has been "interesting" over the years our leaders,
national and internationally, past Managers and Directors
who have proven his point sometimes "surprisingly."

Nice work!

I like where the quote took you, and I’m glad it could bring back a fond memory.

A couple of issues:
“'tis said there is no test to judge a man's heart?”

This should be a statement, rather than an interrogative.

The piece has a very Irish feel to it, which I also enjoy.

I’m a little badgered by the repetition of the word ‘heart’. But I’m not sure how else you would make reference to the old proverb.

It’s also a very true statement, and your Grandpa clearly was a very wise man.

I’m also not a huge fan of the centering, but for some reason, in this case it doesn’t make me want to tear my hair out.

The message here comes though well. I hope you don’t mind a few recommendations from a fan. Please consider a few things.

'tis said no test is there to judge man's heart?
‘tis said there is no test for judging a man’s heart. (seems to flow a little bit better)

within in his pulsing heart.
within the pulsing of his heart (‘within’ and ‘in’ don’t seem to work)
