Thanks Tina..... the place in the picture is also the same place where my wife and I were photographed for the author page. The Missions out here are really neat..... great piece of history.... well, in particular for me...... because I've spent my life from 16 'til now in enrichened spiritual ways......... and though I'm not Catholic (or something like that), I always enjoy being around someone's spiritual passion.

    Thanks again,

    Don

    Wonder Working

So little words in these troubled days,
    That can really impact the soul;
Though your poetry has found the ways,
To put pieces back into whole...

Love your works, thanks for sharing Monk!

actually this photo reveal many thing:

    1. eastern and western
    tiles stands for eastern culture.
    arches stand for western culture.

    2.live and death/(young and old)

the flower and the green plants
(i am interested in their names)
together with old off color bricks.

    the sunshine and shade.
the young green and pale blue
the silence under the arch and noise outside

    3.dream and reality
i am wondering if it is a painting at first sight, then i think
it shld be a photo.life sometimes is so real that it seems unreal.

    4.the mysterious door
    finally,the door .
what's behind that door?where will it lead to.or is it
    just where the visitors from?
what's the secrect or view behind that door
    it is just facinating thinking.

thanks for sharing.it just as great as a masterpiece.
    waiting for more...
