I don't know where to start
Dare I speak and be scoffed
I don't think I could bear the loss
If you only knew

My hands start to sweat
My mind beads up
Into nervous clots
When I think you'll find out
I'm so lonely with my secret
Locked in a dark place
No placid thought will let me
Let me escape and I can't change the past
I can rarely change the future
Hindsight is twenty twenty
So here I am helplessly
Isolated within myself
Trying to hide this from you
Is a fiery confined Hell
But still I'm frightened
If you knew this we'd be through
This I can't guarantee
But when I look into
Your sweet sparkling eyes
I wonder if you're hiding something too
I wonder if I tell you
Will you still let me be with you
I'm scared to call you
I'm scared to be with you
Afraid it will come out
Tell me,honestly,would you still love me?
This Isolation is killing me
It's killing US in the process
This secret will devour my life
If it does not devour OURS first.
