this is not a love poem

she has little
feet & the rest
follows that trend:
not much canvas
to spare,
so it is carefully
hoarded-

needles flash,
knitting stories
onto flesh,

each one a poem,
waiting for fingers
to dip
beneath its ink,

to settle under

skin.

Each word tastes as beautiful as the next and together it stains the page. This is awesome, typical of you, even though this is anon. I love the imagery that you can produce through such little wording. I just love it all...

Thanks for entering and much luck ~~~!
