The sharp pain still brings blood.
Wait! I must be invisible!
Quick! Wave if you can see me?
No, I'll wave at you
You stair blankly in to my eyes
Wait, I must be in Hell
Quick! Show me your wings, tell me I'm not in Hell
No? OK, I'll take a look.
The wings are still there.
Did I go blind?
Quick! Say something, tell me your still here.
No. OK I'll say something
"Are you still here?"
Silence fills the air.
I'm still alive
I'm not dreaming

For some reason, when I read this part, it made me think of the end of Final Fantasy X, where Yuna walks right through Tidus. Or did Tidus walk through Yuna? My God it's been awhile for that game.
Anyway, out of gamers' world, and back to reality. You made a reference to cutting yourself. Are you a cutter? Just curious. I won't judge you if you say yes, I really have no room to talk or pass judgement where that's concerned.
This is a wonderful write, so full of unanswered questions. I think we all have unanswered questions in life. Most of my unanswered questions are aimed at God, and still, no answers.
