Yeah, you see me
Nearly every single day
Think you know me
You don't know how wrong you are
But the real me
She hides inside
You don't see her
Those close to me
Think you understand
Who I really am
But all you see is the shell
The outer callus who protects the true me
She talks and she hangs with you
Fooling you to thinking I am who you see
But the real me
She hides inside
You don't see her
Those close to me
Think you understand
Who I really am
But you don't know my heart
You don't know my mind
You don't know the world I live in
You don't know what I think
You don't know how I feel
Every little bit of me
Is someone you don't see

I wrote this on the bus to a Journalism field trip. I can't help but get the feeling that few people see the real person that is myself. Once I get better at the guitar, I'm setting this to music. Enjoy!
Please tell me what you think

Wow. That was amazing. I think that everyone has this feeling. There is always someone inside of who everyone thinks you are. Great job.
