between two open hearts
That is more true than most people realize. When you have nothing to hide, when you feel so comfortable with one another than you can be yourself and not have to pretend or put on airs... it's priceless! Just like true love. This is such a beautiful poem. Good luck in the contest!

...But I have a question, isn't "OMINOUS" a bad thing?
It was probably intentional but I got a little confused when I read the line: happiness is ominous between two open hearts.
