A feeling so strong, so hard to hold on
yet always there to guide me.
Passion intwined with every word you type
and never give up in trying.
My friend you are, your friend I'll stay
until our paths they break.
For you are special in too many ways
and the craziest person created.
Your hair changes colors,
your mind stays a wonder,
and god knows if you ever sleep.
But that doesn't matter
for you're never one to shatter,
and my confidant you stay.
Thank you for all the times
you've told me to press on.
My heart goes out to every message
where you told me you love me.
Lets not forget, when I have my trouble
-and you know what I mean-
you're always there to pick me up,
brush me off, point out the way,
and tell me I'll be loved, and wanted.
Here's to you, oh mighty friend
warrior with a keyboard.
Anyone who'll listen's best friend,
the one with heart of gold.
Stay, help, and watch out for me,

Author notes
This poem is written about a very special person in my life: one of my dearist and closest friends, one I've never met face-to-face, the one that cares for my like no other.
Her name is Lyssa. Or, my SEXY GNOSIS as I call her. She's always been very supportive of me, and always knows just what to say. And she knows what I mean by that.
Without her, I have no idea who I could truely open up to. She's just that amazing. And, in turn, I have become a confidant to her as well. And, I love that.
Lyssa, I'll say it here for anyone who wants to read can see; YOU ARE VERY SPECIAL TO ME.
