Nightfall's splendor has
decended upon us
surrounding us in
dark, cool, silken arms.
I look at you there
radiant, like a beacon,
warmed by your smile,
locked in unyeilding gaze.
Waves of passion
draw me to your mouth.
Snuggled in my embrace
I pull you close to me.
Hungry lips part
with throbbing intensity
of yearning and lust,
seeking sweet release.

From those first words of "Nightfalls's splendor"... you paint within the readers mind savory delights to feast upon. I too like the subtleness of this piece. It's soft, alluring and not overly done. Thank you for sharing your words with me and best wishes to you in the contest. Keep that quill dipped in ink and ever ready for use.

I love this. You have manage to pen the right about of sexiness and seduction. I like how you left me to fill in the blanks with my imagination. You have penned an excellent seduction poem. I thoroughly enjoyed this teasing and tantalizing read. Thank you for taking the time to write something and enter. I wish you the best of luck in the contest dear poet.

Beautifully visual. "surrounding us in dark, cool, silken arms." Very nice. A very passion filled piece. Well done, and welcome aboard. ~Pamela
