Lifes Gift To Ann

I know a little girl though not of my own
Her smile so sweet but dead on her feet
She's lived a life she cannot condone
Lifes made her sad
Dealt her a bad hand
She sits in a corner
victim to a memory horder
A single tear she crys
the rest have run dry
Her head in her hands
feet held by light stricken sand
She has a question but theres no one to hear
She whispers in her head her question of life
and sends it the world outside

When will my suffering save a life?

Years down the line still trapped in her corner
Still asking her question to cross the border
A hand reaches out to put in hers
Those eyes are sadder and colder than hers
He asks her a question
the question she knows

Please save my life
your all I have
Sit with me
lets make life see

What did you think
