Stretch...If You Will.

Feels like today, when you raise your slender body up
from the crisp blue sheets you blink into the sunrise
your waking a refeshing one as you stretch languidly
your slim build exposing muscles moving laborously
under soft pale skin that is illuminated by the light
emanting from the half-closed yellowed blinds.

Blinking, gorgeous blue orbs make their appearance
shaded by thin lids and grazed by long silky lashes
gilded in gold and ivory, whiter than the hottest fire
your eyes look about at your surroundings,
comforted by the things you call yours, as your home.

Leaning back on your soft cushioned bed, you yawn
continuing your lazy stretch as you bend your legs
almost gracefully for a male, your body having more
curvature than one would at first think, from the arch
of your stiffened back, to the soft but slightly angular
curves of your thighs and calves....

...ah, the morning doesn't last, as you stand
and dress in a swath of unnessessary cloth
when you'd be fine...
without all of it...

Such a simple topic and so gracefully and maturely this was written. I LOVE mornings when you get that refreshed feeling. This is beautiful. I can just imagine this guy getting up... wow. Sounds like me almost. With a slender body, but I'll be there soon!
    DEFINITELY one of my favorites.

how true, and so much better is the fashion of passion, birthday suits of silk and muscled sinew, but alas we have fled from our

prehysterical days into the binds of cloth secured.~~Loved this picture, saw myself in it when morning beckons rise. ~~Artis

Thank you very much..there's nothing more I like than watching slighty-tainted purity at its finest...even if the poem comes across as me being a peeping tom or something...
