When the last Rain falls
all will succumb
and lie pressed close to earth
bare and wet
washed clean, prepared,
awaiting rise of Sun

    I totally didn't see leaves in this poem but I see your muse for this. Nonetheless, it's very very good. Short and sweet and to the point.

    I am very much in love with this simplicity yet simultaneous hint of complexity.
