Harboring my anger
For a man
That I must call
"father"
But you are no father of mine
I refuse to believe you are
No one who loves me
Would be such an insult as you
"Pick that fucken shit up now!"
And points to anything near by
It angers me!
To hear your voice!
But I still do what you say
Even though I don't know why
Other than God's saying
"Thou shall not murder"
Or
"Honor thy mother and father"
How dare you be
The way you are to me
You treat me worse than dirt
With swears of hate and much more of that sort
Just thinking of you
Pisses me off
Get away from me!
Before I get rid of you!
As i have a pocket knife
In my pocket
And i'm not afraid to use it
To slash your throat with it
And if I can't
Because adrenaline kicks into you
I will take the blade
And dig it in my throat
"I'M SO TIRED OF SHARING THE SAME STATE OF BEING WITH YOU!!!"
"No son should kill his own father"
You are not my father
So I can kill you
The thing that's stopping me
Fear of losing everything
Be glad that outweighs my hate for you
Why I want to kill you...
Your boasting of being strong
Your primitive attempts at making me fear you
Arching up, raising your voice, using swear words
"You know what?
Your sucky additude can kiss my Ass!"
"What additude?
Going to work to not do what I'm told
Working to pay rent?"
"You wanna fight?
Brown Eyed Bitch!"
I said nothing in response until you went away
But I thought alot
"You want to fight me?
I am not afraid
To use weapons
I'll go to the hospital even
As long as I eliminate you, permenately
Think I won't?
Try me"
I hate you, that's no secret
Your sight angers me
"No son's wrath should be envoked by the sight of his father"
You are not my father
Fucken False Father
If I kill you, I'll meet you in hell
If my punishment in hell
Is to watch your murder
I will, with a smile on my face
Just like I did when I originally killed my
FALSE FATHER!

It pulled me right in. I believe there are a lot of us who feel this way about one or both of our parents. So just hold it in until you can break free, as best as you can. Great and powerful write. I loved it.

Wow. This is amazing
So sad that you feel this way
I feel this way twords my dad too. But if you really think about it you have until you are 18 and you never have to see him again yea know? it wouldnt be worth killing him and screwing up the live you would of had without him anyways if that makes any sence.
Im lucky and i was able to get myself away from my dad a little bit earlier.
I know how it feels and its hard sometimes
But stay strong if you ever want to talk i really know what its like to hate someone who really should be so close to you. I con honestly say i hate my father as well maybe not for the same reasons but i do hate him.

I've gone through this with my father. He's no real father to me either. I love the play with the ten commandments here, and I love how this piece makes you feel like there's a ticking time-bomb somewhere nearby. I relate to this, and the rage speaks to me. Well done.
Best of luck and thanks for entering! -
