Partly hidden in the darkness
Taking advantage of the crowd
A murderous killer is in waiting
Soon his body wears a shroud
There are people in their thousands
Joyful crowds have come to see . .
Mrs Bhutto . . She’s now returning
To ensure her countries . . liberty
Suddenly all around is split asunder
The blooded dead lay on the ground
So many lie there . . dead or dying
Chaos and devastation all around
How to explain such annihilation
What kind of people can do this . .
It’s far beyond all comprehension
And Pakistan stands at an abyss
Things can change in just an instant
Joy . . heartlessly switched to misery
One moment . . welcoming a savior
The next experiencing tragedy
God knows the people of Karachi
Don’t deserve such a tragic event . .
Surely Allah doesn’t approve of murder
No . . God would never give consent
There is nothing less holy than a Jihad
It’s simply murdering for murders sake
Let all religions meet to abhor this
How much more can mankind take
Somewhere another bomber’s waiting
Soon his deeds will be proclaimed
There will be more blood and injured
How can such people be contained
Do the religions schools have a duty
To ensure their teaching is humane
Can the brainwashing by the zealous clerics
Be more compassionate and less profane

There is little hope for the future of this world.
Religion is going to do us in.
(And when we have leaders like George Bush we are doomed.) -
You share such compassion for this very sad event. It is so sad that in today's societies we still have the bullies, the ones that seem to think they rule all. I agree that no matter what religion you are, we need to share more about compasson, giving, love, peace this world needs PEACE not bullies who want POWER!!!!
