Memories of you will stay forever.
All the times you made me laugh,
Get me through the day.
When I don't want to get out of the bed,
I think of the times we went shopping together.
Your face floats through my head daily,
As I remember your embrace through hard times.
I know you are no longer in pain
That God has you now
I am sure the angels are happy to have you with them
Your voice rings loud and clear
As I walk the earth I cherish my memories
I will live my life sharing the love you give me with others
I will touch lives as you touched mine
For this I will die grateful
For having meet you
For having walked next to you
For having you as a friend and mom to me
I love you always

This is a very thoughtful contest and I know it is too someone who is going through the same exact thing I am going through right now so though this contest is for her I write this poem to help her through this time and to help myself through this time

My dearone I cherish your words of recovery from grief and my heartfelt prayers and thoughts go out to you as well as I know too well how hard it can be. I on special holidays and anniversaries of their bdays and passings as well as when i am feeling down and need them close to my heart I light a candle from dawn until well past dusk and it helps. many loving blessings always xxx
