'Cant we ever together, stay?'
That was a lonesome song
That went through the breeze
Sometime closer to dusk
And at times, nearing dawn..
Waves humming to the tune, all along
And so does the distant seas..
They were lovers once
Walking hand in hand,
Heeding not for time nor none
Whistling the tune of happiness sweet,
Crossing the mountains and valleys deep,
Their foot prints left on sky and sand
And slept not, for the time they won.
Must be the curse of an evil witch
Or the spell of a fairy old,
Their paths were redrawn, poles away
One went west and the other to east
Sparing a minute for an embrace each day..
One clad black and the other, gold
Humming, 'Cant we ever, together stay?'

Great images in the story. I like how it reflect a fairy tale style to it. One heart feels for the others. There use to be a movie, I forget the name where the two loves are curse and can not meet till it broken. In the dawn she turns to a bird. Then her lov, at night he turned into a wolf. Very well done.
