A hundred times we follow
the exact Mens rea
the exact Method of execution
The black and white
lines that hold together
and create
law
Doctrines, Statutes, Precedent
would suffice but for
Human actions
Causation for
Commonlaw
Author notes
I have to disagree with your contests princple. There wouldn't be commonlaw if people didn't constantly come up with new ways to say they didn't commit crimes.
For my regulars, I am studying for my legal exams, everything is legal in my brain right now. Ever so sorry for the repeating themes of law, I know it must be hellishly boring unless you are the type to get lost in a judgment which redefines the approach to using conflicting tests to decide whether a person is a sane or insane automatant.
