You say you are my husband
But at times I can't tell.
You say that you love me
But sometimes those words seem to fail.
Don't think that I don't appreciate you
For the things that you've done and do.
I don't know why you hate me so bad
What happened to the husband i once had?
You make me feel so sad when you call me a name
So deep down I realize that we are both the blame.
I want this to work,but I'm not making no progress
I keep on trying but I'm getting tired of this mess!!
I use to be so happy but now I'm feeling blue
What happened LORD to the husband that I once knew???

This to me is very very sad. It shows a lot of pain and suffering. It tells me of a wife trying to hold onto the person she once knew. Wanting that person back again. Sometimes, it is so hard to go back to what you were. Keep writing.
