Do you still love me?
I don't think you do.
You don't want to hurt me,
So you keep saying the words.
I wish you would tell me,
I feel we are growing apart.
Neither one of us trying to stop it.
Both not wanting to hurt the other.
Feelings are different when you touch me.
You don't look at me the same.
Maybe I'm around too much,
Maybe you're sick of me.
I start to question why I am here,
And if you would have been better off
If I hadn't followed you.
I wish I could turn back time.
Many things I would do differently;
Opened up to you sooner,
Realized months before I did
How much you mean to me.
Without you, my life is nothing.
If you go away, all I know goes with you.
I'll be left where I started,
Only this time, more alone than ever.

this was a great poem
it full of emotion
love and pain...two emotions that are always placed together
it's a sad poem, but in a way kind of sweet
it's horrible when you have loved someone for so long and then you suddenly realise that it's not the same, that the sparks are missing, and you start to doubt everything you did or didn't do, every desicion you ever made
it's heartbreaking
