looking out the window
watching the moonlight play on my skin
glimmers of stars and dancing fireflies
twinkling upon the glass
my eyes shimmering in wonder
light drops of rain sprinkling down
the grass glittered like diamonds all around
peeking out the window to feel the breeze
watching the dust bunnies dance like fairies
taking my hand and floating me up
flying along the wind
in and out of the trees
magical colors spin before me
beautiful blues and greens
bright sky and beautiful clouds
soft flower petals open and kiss the night
scents of rose and jasmine
whisking me along
breathing in and belonging to it all
slowly as my body melts away
no longer in my body
my soul mingling and merging
transforming into the night
taking over me becoming and shaping me
i am the night the night is me
