cette louve qui entreprend
une forme très provocante
et me captive le plus.
Sans inhibition,
sans aucun efforts,
je me sens prisonnière,
perdue dans cette regard.
Et si, elle me voit,
elle m'ignore, elle me hait.
Je la veux, davantage
pourtant, elle est infidèle.
Bouleversée, en fait,
j'attends trop d'elle.
Simple et belle,
elle le sait:
je l'aime.
---------------------------------English translation.
I presume to understand
that she-wolf who takes on
a provocative form
and captivates me more.
Without inhibitions,
without any effort,
I feel like a prisoner,
lost in that look.
And yes, she sees me
she ignores me, she hates me
I want her, more,
knowing she's disloyal.
Bewildered, actually,
I expect too much from her.
Simple and beautiful,
she knows:
I love her.
Author notes
I wonder if I'm allowed doing this even....lol. Oh well. I did put the translation afterwards. I'm quite pleased with myself now.
By the way, the title is such because most people don't know I speak French. But it also goes with the story of a forbidden love. Right?

Thank you for your beautiful entry, and even more so as it was written in French, I am very new to learning French so only know the basics but am slowly being taught personally, which I hope to excel at, so I can hold conversations in French, thank you for translating also, Josephine

I can totally understand the self-teaching of as new language. It's quite an interesting task, right? But you might need a little help with French, being that the grammar is extremely complex at times.
Anyways, I'm really glad you enjoyed this piece and I never expected to be able to enter it in a contest. So thank you for this opportunity. I'm grateful.

Wonderful
This is a lovely poem, so glad you did it in English to. The title is very apt, how come no~one knows you speak French? I don't understand a word of French but it looks more beautiful to me written in it. A superb piece indeed!

aww~
hmm. if the person speaks english, I don't sound as if I know French. And then, sometimes in French, I don't mention anything English, so they think I can't speak it. hahah
but, thank you so much for the lovely comment. =DD
I'll be sure to catch up on some of yours as well....I've just been really...@_@ lately.

loved the way you expressed the idea. it was simple yet deep in connotation.
and thanks for reading my poem, hide and seek. your words are good enough for me to write more poems. -

thank you very much.
and you shouldn't rely on others to convince you into writing. it should be obvious to you that if you love it enough, you're either naturally gifted with it...or will become amazing with time.
=) but I do appreciate this comment.
